  • On October 26, 2021, the District Board of Directors unilaterally waived the conditions precedent identified in Section 4, Paragraph 2 Section (c) of Amendment 6 as a good faith accommodation towards Lafferty.  This waiver allowed for the release of an additional ten (10) will serve letters and subsequent building permit issuance by San Joaquin County.
