Board Member Compensation

• Effective January 1, 2022, compensation for members of the District Board of Directors was set at a rate of $150 per calendar day for attendance at regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors.  That compensation increases 5% per year effective every January 1.  Compensation is not available for activities other than regular or special Board meetings.  No benefits are provided other than state mandated Workers' Compensation coverage and federally mandated FICA coverage with only the employer's share paid by the District.  For 2025, compensation is $172.59 per calendar day for attendance at regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors.
